SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19, 2019-nCoV) nucleocapsid protein was coated at 1ug/ml and blocked with BSA. Anti nucleocapsid antibody was diluted in the range from 1000ng/ml to 7.8ng/ml PBS. Polyclonal rabbit anti-chicken IgY-HRP was used at 32.5ng/ml. After a final wash, TMB was added for 3 minutes and stopped by the addition of 0.2M sulphuric acid. OD450 was measured.
