Figure 1 ELISA test of chicken anti- COVID-19 spike S2 protein. Antibodies:
SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19, 2019-nCoV) Spike (S2) antibody (at dilutions from 1ug/ml to 0.025ug/ml). A direct ELISA was performed with purified COVID-19 Spike protein (S2) as coating antigen and the affinity-purified anti-SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19, 2019-nCoV) Spike (S2) antibody as the primary antibody. Secondary: Rabbit anti-chicken IgY Fc HRP conjugate at 65ng/ml. For specificity comparison, COVID-19 spike protein (S1) and human IgG were compared for binding by the same method.
