Lion's Mane

Golden Oyster

Pink Oyster

No experience needed — if you can water a plant, you can grow gourmet mushrooms.
Remove the front panel and check the block for white mycelium growth. If it looks sparse, give it another week to develop before moving on.
Make a straight cut through the plastic at the front edge of the block. The rush of fresh air signals to the mycelium it's time to fruit — just like in the wild!
Place the included humidity tent over the block and mist once or twice a day. Aim for 85–90% humidity — a light condensation inside the bag means conditions are perfect.
Mushrooms appear in 14–21 days. Harvest when caps reach up to 10 cm across. Rehydrate the block afterwards to encourage a second flush!
